Mike The Situation Sorrentino is by far the fittest member of Jersey Shore. if you want to look like him you’re first going to have to lose any excess weight. Ignore BMI readings and, instead, see what your body fat percentage is. if you want your muscles to show like The Situation your body fat percentage has to be around. Otherwise, all of your muscles are going to be covered under a layer of fat.

According to Mike himself, if you want to look like him, you’re going to have to be in the gym at least 5 days a week for about an hour each day (it’s worth noting that The Situation himself spends an hour and a half in the gym). at the gym, focus on core exercises that build strength in the core area of your body, which are your abdominal and lower back muscles. Furthermore, you’re going to have to do a cardio workout (running, swimming, etc) for at least 30 minutes each week to make sure that you stay at round 5% body fat.

Assuming you are already at around 5% body fat, you’re going to have to eat mainly protein for about 2 to 3 months while you are in the gym and doing cardio. You are what you eat, and if you eat cookies and/or fast food, it’s going to show in your body. because your focus is on increasing your muscle mass, you want to eat a lot of protein because that’s how your muscles are going to grow.

Aside from your physique, you’re going to want to take care of the TL of the GTL. as such, get a tan every now and then and make sure you stay fresh stylish clothes. Also, make sure that your hair isn’t too long.

Finally, just because Mike The Situation has bulging abs and arms, does not mean that his physique is suited to your body type. if you’re short, a lean swimmer’s body will look much better on you. Otherwise you risk looking like a tree stump.
