WORCESTER —  Two women accused of crashing a pair of wedding receptions and stealing a total of $4,165 in gifts intended for the newlyweds were placed on probation and ordered to pay restitution after pleading guilty yesterday in Worcester Superior Court. Summer N. Igoe, 32, of 309 Providence Road, Grafton, and Jenna Desaro, 32, of 45 Lackey St., Westboro, were both indicted on larceny and conspiracy charges resulting from the theft of $3,340 in gifts from a may 21 wedding reception at Wachusett Country Club in West Boylston and $825 from a may 29 reception at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester. Ms. Igoe and Ms. Desaro each pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny of property worth over $250 and a single count of conspiring to commit larceny of property worth more than $250. Judge James R. Lemire placed the two on probation for three years and ordered that they pay a total of $4,165 in restitution. as further conditions of probation, Ms. Igoe and Ms. Desaro were ordered to remain drug and alcohol-free, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and any related treatment deemed appropriate by the court and to have no contact with the victims.
