The new Xbox 360 comes with a range of new features, including touch sensitive on and off buttons, a 250GB hard drive, a custom port to connect to Microsoft’s Kinect and five USB ports, two on the front and three on the back.

The new Xbox 360 is comes bundles with a HDMI cable and a new power supply, plus it now features integrated 802.11n WiFi. Inside the new Xbox 360 there is now one large fan instead of two small fans and a 45nm integrated GPU and CPU.

It looks like the Xbox 360 shortages could last for a couple of weeks, as a number of retailers have said that they expect to receive new shipments within the next two weeks.

To make up for a delay in the Xbox 360 version of the Medal of Honor beta, EA announced today that it would extend the beta testing period for Xbox 360 users. the beta kicked off on PlayStation 3 and PC June 21 (June 17 for some lucky gamers).

In a statement provided with the press release, Medal of Honor Executive Producer Greg Goodrich said, “We would like to extend a gracious thank you to all of the PS3 and PC players for sharing their candid feedback on Medal of Honor and for pointing out areas of improvement. This is the beauty of a beta – your feedback will make the game better for everyone. Unfortunately, we have experienced a delay with the beta on the Xbox 360. to the Xbox 360 community, we say thank you for your patience. we are working to fix the issues that have caused this delay. we are eager to get the game up and running and look forward to receiving your constructive and candid feedback which will certainly help ensure the game exceeds expectations this fall.”
