Recently so called “experts” have released a report stating that beer pong playing is leading to a rise in communicable diseases on college campuses. The reports suggest that the flu, mono, and even herpes can be transmitted while sharing cups during beer pong matches.

Other experts report the complete opposite, hahah. That sharing cups with teammates will in fact help build your immune system. So who are these experts anyway and how did they become experts if so many of them differ in opinion?

Tips to avoid getting anything but the last cup during a brutal beer pong battle:

1.     The dude with the canker sore should be on the sidelines

2.     Protect your mouth use a cup condom  

3.     Wash your balls

4.     Use a double 6 cup formation – The longer game will help kill off germs and make it all worthwhile after you contract the herpes.

5.     Use common sense. Washing your cups after each game will definitely help.

6.     Use a Foilball… Hey why not!

7.     Fill the cups with Lysol – You know it kills germs. This is only a suggestion. Foilball takes no responsibility if you should be dumb enough to try this.

8.     Get a flu shot with every re-rack

9.     Practice, practice, practice… Get every shot in – This way you don’t have to drink at all!

10. Don’t stack your cups! Keep each cup separate on the side of the table.
