Job description As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis you will be responsible for the following:• Support planning, forecasting and reporting activities, and driving business analysis and strategies• Partner closely with the Media Buiness Unit as well as other senior executives to ensure success and growth. • Drive and improve existing weekly, monthly, and annual processes

Who we are looking for to be a successful candidate for the Manager, Financial Planning & Anaysis you will need to have the following skills:• 8-10 yrs of a strong Financial Planning & Analysis background• Experience with the online adverstising & Media businesses are a plus• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and excellent business partnering is a must• solid techniical background wth DART, DSM, Omniture and otehr web tools would be ideal
