Position Overview:the Manager-Business Planning & Reporting is responsible for the publication, development and maintenance of all reporting to support core merchandising, planning, and allocation functions. the Manager-Business Planning & Reporting creates and evolves tools used by teams to buy assortments, recap and hindsight performance, and communicate buy plans.Responsibilities:•Develop, maintain and publish all topline daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reports in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to the weekly topline business overview, monthly projections and seasonal hindsighting•Design and build complex reporting and analysis tools that help streamline the business and make reporting, analyzing and projecting more efficient. Continually maintain and identify opportunities for enhancement•Manage business projects as needed including report design sessions, business systems initiatives and process improvement. Owner of key CFT tool maintenance and upgrades including Style Midweek and Assortment Sheets•Supports monthly MMPR process related to data and file updates•Validates comp reporting and projections are aligned with Store Planning view of real estate activity•directly supports SVP of Planning & Allocation on file and powerpoint creation for key executive meetings including Board of Director Meeting, Investment Review, Financial Snapshot and Quarterly Signoff•Compile ad hoc recaps as needed•be a local expert in key business systems including Excel, Webi, and SAP Business Intelligence tools, and train newly hired associates•Manage one direct reportRequirements:•Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field•Minimum 4 years relevant work experience•Prior retail experience a plus•Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA (Visual Basic macro programming)•Proficiency in all other Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer, Windows, Sharepoint•Strong analytical skills•Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)•Strong organizational and project management skills•Accuracy and attention to detail•Ability to work effectively independently and within multiple teamsPlease send all resumes to nyfinancial@adeccona.com. thank you!df-nj
