Yes they do, there are only a few repair centers that will touch them. It is a shame that Apple made them so hard to open.

I have had experience using iPod Repair Guys and was very happy with their service. The time they took working with me and the great advice they gave me in regards to repairing a cracked LCD made for a great experience. Not too often do you actually get to speak to someone and they called me back pretty quickly with all the answers to my questions. This is why I chose to blog about them.
