What exercises can i do to strenghted my core?
Like possibly a list of core training methods?

any exercise that focus on you abs and lower back sit ups crunches V-raise sit ups that kind of thing but you want to balance it so you get even strength all around your core have a look at some Men's fitness mags for some ideas they are all ways going on about working the abs to get rid of the beer belly's !!!!
