'Eclipse' Trailer Will Be 'Beautiful,' Anna Kendrick Imagines

“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson has seen the “Eclipse” trailer set to premiere during his flick “Remember Me,” out in theaters Friday. And Kellan Lutz promised that the flick itself will be very “badass.” But it seems like Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick has yet to be treated to the trailer for the flick.

At the very least, she knows that it will look “beautiful,” based on the work cinematographer Javier Aguirresarobe did on “New Moon.” “I haven’t actually [seen the trailer yet],” Kendrick told MTV News on the Oscars red carpet on Sunday. “I trust that it will look very beautiful. It’s the same cinematographer as last time, so at least we know it will look beautiful.”

Last month, when MTV News caught up with Kristen Stewart at the red-carpet premiere for “The Yellow Handkerchief,” she had a few scenes she wanted to see make the final cut for the “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” trailer. “Oh my gosh! There’s a really cool thing that happens on a cliff with Jacob that should definitely be in there,” she said. “Battle stuff. I would say the [newborn vampires]. the newborns are going to look awesome.”

Late last year, at the New York premiere of “New Moon,” Stewart said she was really excited for fans to get a chance to see the love triangle between Jacob, Bella and Edward intensify in this next film. “I’m looking forward to seeing the love triangle actually becoming a problem,” she said. “We sort of innocently touch on it in ‘New Moon,’ but it actually becomes something that is very, very real.”

Tiger Woods IS a Role Model

I think men can learn a lot from Tiger today.

Dr. Wendy Walsh: I’m weeping as I type this. I am a chick after all. having just watched Tiger Woods emotional apology to his friends, family, employees, business partners, and foundation beneficiaries, I am simply moved. I am also confused. I am wondering why an athlete in Florida whom I have never met nor seen in public can cause me, a single mother in Los Angeles, to have such a blubbering event.

And the answer is simple. there are few women in America who do not long to hear such words of contrition and kindness from a man, and Tiger is as likely a surrogate for healing as anyone. At some point in their lives, most women have been deeply injured by some man’s selfishness — whether it was infidelity, or violence, or stingy child support. and here is a man finally doing the right thing. My own waterworks started with his tribute to his wife, Elin, using words like grace and poise to describe her. there are a couple of men in my past who would do well by me if they could form any similar words.

And I hope men listened closely, too. This is the kind of role model so many men need … one who stops the buck at his desk and takes full responsibility for his actions. Through Tiger, men can hear firsthand how infidelity is not only a betrayal of trust but an action that reverberates through many relationships. Is one (or sixteen) moments of sexual pleasure really worth the destruction of so much? I truly hope that men who claim to have trouble controlling themselves can learn something from Tiger’s blown-up version of their story.

Because the tides of relationship rules are changing. it used to be that women provided all the sexual boundaries in our culture. Women had far too much to lose by entering into a sexual relationship with a man who might abandon them, impregnate them, contaminate them or disgrace them. not today. thanks to feminism, women own their own orgasm and a box of Trojans. they are off to the races. and, as families fall apart — 40% of American babies are born out of wedlock and the rest are vulnerable to a 50% divorce rate — some men are stepping up to create their own sexual boundaries, if only to keep safe their genetic line. I spoke with one such man yesterday, mark Verge, a happily married guy whose book “Access to the Boys Club” preaches techniques for fidelity for couples. Mark’s message includes tips for wives to help keep their man satisfied.

Women’s behavior is as much part of our culture-wide problem of unhealthy relationships. I’ve said it before, but let me reiterate: how can we blame our husbands for getting wet on their way home from work when IT’S RAINING WHORES? the shameless Tiger mistresses who have sought their fifteen minutes by kissing and telling on national television need a serious reality check. Or they need to become mothers so they can sympathize with Elin. (Actually, two of his alleged mistresses DID have kids, and they still didn’t care!) but both women and men need to get some control on their sexual energy when families are at stake.

Finally, I want to close by applauding the unsung heros in our culture: Men and women who have been making the sacrifices associated with long-term monogamy because it is the right thing to do — for your partner and for your children. we will all be beneficiaries of your dedication when your kids don’t end up on the public coffers or spreading HIV to us. thanks for making a commitment to love and family.

As for Tiger, he summed it all up with Elin’s admonishment to him: “The real apology will not come in words. it will come in behavior.” We’re watching, Tiger. You’re off to a good start toward healing.

Gaming: The Show beats down 2K10 in baseball war

This week saw the release of two new baseball games, 2K Sports MLB 2K10 and Sony’s MLB ’10: the show, and once again 2K fell short while the show soared to victory.

When it comes to sports games I have come to the conclusion that the PS3 is the system to get. That system gets all the same great titles as XBOX 360, but they have also have the best exclusive baseball game.

MLB ’10: the show once again outperformed 2K Sports’ MLB game because the mechanics of the game are simply better than 2K’s, and then you wonder why 2K can’t get its act together and try to achieve the same amount of quality that Sony does.

When playing a game you can really look past certain things, but one thing you can’t look past is the gameplay. This is where 2K falls and the show rises. 2K’s gameplay is definitely in need of more tuning; it’s better than last year’s, but that’s not saying much. with the 2K MLB game it seems each year its gameplay gets only a little bit better, never offering anything surprisingly good, but it does take one step toward being a better game.

The problem with this slow progression is that we the players are stuck with the same frustrations year after year. There should be a point where 2K should just step back and take a long look at its franchise and try to fix what’s not working instead of offering a million dollars to pitch a perfect game.

2K should take that million dollars and use it for further development.

The show doesn’t have the problems that 2K has, which makes for a much better game. in the show the gameplay is there, even though you might be a little confused by the a.I. at times.

The biggest flaw that the show has is its Road to the show mode and Franchise. Both these modes could use a little tweaking, but I’m not getting into that because this is not a review.

PS3 owners should be very excited because for the next year they will be able to play a great baseball game. I know a lot of 2K fans are not going to like what I said, but it’s the truth. I agree that the game is better than last year. though.

I’m waiting for the day that 2K delivers that perfect baseball game, the game that will become the superior baseball game of the year and one that makes every 2K fan proud.

So, if you have a PS3 I would definitely get the show, and if you have the XBOX 360 get MLB 2K10; it’s still a baseball game and if you can look past some things you will still have fun playing it.

I’m still hoping that sometime in the future that EA will get the rights back to develop MLB games and give us another MVP title. I know that this might never happen but it’s definitely something I would like to see happen.

The MVP series was great and is still the baseball game I prefer playing on my PlayStation 2.

The smart merchant is likely to grant such a request, as long as it is reasonable. You are a valuable and zero-risk investment to that merchant, and they do not want to lose you – so do not be hesitant about asking. many affiliate programs automatically step up commissions as sales improve – remind the merchant of this.

One more note, because PPC search engine ads are the most effective way to advertise online, you must write strong Pay per Click adverts. You can make a small return by simply managing Google AdWords PPC campaigns as an affiliate. Monitor those ads to judge which are effective, and dump the ineffective ones. use these techniques and assess the change they make to your commission revenue in the briefest time interval.
