Former football great Art Schlichter is reportedly the target of a million-dollar, sports-ticket scam investigation.

It looks like former Ohio State great Art Schlichter might be in trouble again with the law, according to The Columbus Dispatch.

Schlichter, who was the fourth pick of the 1982 NFL Draft, is being investigated in a million-dollar sports ticket scam according to sources, the report said.

Schlichter, who has fought gambling addiction and has spent more than 10 years incarcerated for forgery and fraud in 44 different prisons, was said to have used the money for gambling.

Schlichter, 50, was an all-American quarterback for the Buckeyes, before being taken by the Baltimore Colts with the fourth pick in 1982. he was suspended by the NFL for the 1983 season because of gambling and was out of the league two years later.
